Some of Shaun’s best work is photography of that special day that should never be forgotten – a wedding. Using his vast array of experiences with weddings and other scenarios, Shaun harnesses a unique perspective to deliver stunning work of impeccable quality. The keyword he likes to use for these shoots is flexibility. He believes keeping an open mind and using new ideas for his wedding shoots produces the best work. However, this doesn’t mean he ignores the wishes of the bride and groom; in fact, Shaun interviews the couple before the event to ensure he photographs in the style they want. On top of that, he actually offers a free engagement shoot as a pre-​trial run, and can even help plan the wedding. Don’t hesitate to request something that other photographers won’t normally do – after all the day is yours.

Established in 1995.

With over 18 years of experience photographing everything from weddings to individual portraits, Shaun Murray truly has developed his eye over the years. Based in Brisbane, Shaun has become known region-​wide for the quality of photography he produces, his reliability under pressure, and his ability to adapt to any situation. After graduating with a Certificate of Professional Photography from the esteemed Brisbane College of Photography and Art, Shaun continues to follow his passion. His understanding of lighting conditions, composition, and posing allowed him to win awards like the Eye Opener Competition; while his interpersonal skills have afforded him the unique ability to effectively organize large groups for photographic works. As a seasoned and respected veteran within the photography community, Shaun can surely create pictures of your project that will be cherished for years to come.
