Günstige, zentrale Unterkunft gesucht? Dann ist man hier genau richtig. Egal ob 2-​Bett oder 6-​Bett-​Zimmer, alles ist relativ günstig. Für nur 5 € mehr gibt es sogar ein Frühstück dazu, welches ich aus zeitlichen Gründen jedoch nicht dazu gebucht hatte.
Wenn man nicht seine eigene Bettwäsche mitnehmen möchte, kann man für 3 € vor Ort welche leihen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber. Ich war in einem 6-​Bett-​Zimmer (gemischt). Im Zimmer gab es eine Dusche sowie in einem weiteren Raum auch eine Toilette.
Da mein Zimmer genau in Richtung Straße war, war es nicht ganz so ruhig, für mich war es aber auch bei offenem Fenster absolut ok.
Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 – 20 Minuten zum Rathaus oder nimmt einfach die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die um die Ecke sind (U-​Bahn, Bus, Tram).

This place was clean, but that’s about it. It’s way out of the way. The rooms are so tiny, you don’t have anywhere to put your things and there is no AC, so if you’re staying in the summer just be aware of that. Honestly, I feel like it was too much money for all of the inconvenience of the place. If you are super poor thought and don’t mind doing a lot of metro traveling to get anywhere then this would be a good spot.

This is by far THE cleanest and most modern hostel I’ve ever stayed in my life! I’ve traveled across the globe to ¹⁄₃ of the countries in the world so I would imagine that those words should have some weight and the price to prove it.
The service is really good as well. Very efficient with electronic key entry system. The location is not the best but once again, most hostels are not. This is Austria so not the best is still better than most best locations of other countries!
I wish I had taken pictures of my hostel room of 8. I was the only one however there so I had the whole place to myself. I highly recommend this hostel.

A & O provided affordable and high quality accomodations while I was staying in Vienna. There were plenty of outlets for charging electronics and each room of the hostel section had its own bathroom and shower.
The breakfast was also very hearty and there was a large variety of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads and cereals offered.
A great find in the city.

Eine Hostelgruppe die es in Europa schon in mehreren Städten gibt, hat sich in Wien einen Platz gesichert, der kaum besser sein könnte. Beim Gürtel gelegen, kannst du in kürzester Zeit überall hingehen, –fahren und zusätzlich abends bei gemütlichen Lokalen abfeiern. Ab 12 Euro die Nacht logierst du im A&O Hostel. Ob mit Frühstück, Bettwäsche, in Doppel– oder Mehrbettzimmer wird von dir und deiner Geldbörse entschieden.
Großer Vorteil ist wie eingangs schon erwähnt die Lage. Nur zwei U-​Bahnstationen vom Westbahnhof entfernt, bist du mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn gleich direkt in der City, oder kannst mit Umsteigen die vor der Haustür liegende U6 nehmen. Abends sperren die obligatorischen Gürtellokale auf in denen du günstigst österreichische Hausmannskost speisen, oder einfach zu Indiepop, House, RnB mit Einheimischen ein Bierchen genießen, kannst.
Zusammengefasst würde ich sagen: von der Lage betrachtet eines der besten in Wien. In kürzester Zeit bist du per «Öffis» in der Innenstadt, bei schönem Wetter kannst du durch den Künstler– und Studentenbezirk (Neubau) schlendern und abends bei sehr guten Lokalen Wien genießen.
