Foodwise is excellent, as a pizza lover I took a takeaway yesterday and I was not dissapointed. But good food is only part of the equation for a good restaurant, and I know they are just starting out and they are very busy and the owner is stressed out but this is shown clearly to the customers and they should try to avoid that. Customer service is not on the high priority list in Belgium-compared to the Nl for example, but I paid, I got my pizza and did say thank you not even a fake smile or a fake thanks back, they know their pizza is excellent and the client should be greatful with that. And this behaviour clashes with the mostly friendly environment in Zurenborg, where most of the establisments are polite and friendly like, where you feel at ease.
