I rarely write a review, but at this time I think I should write this.
I came to this city from the States for a job interview, I needed to print out my resume (I wanted to make it clean and nice, so I decided to print it out here).
I only had a hard drive not USB. Okay, it’s kinda my bad at some point, but the lady who worked there was complaining about it. I said really sorry several times because I knew it’s huge storage, so it takes longer time than usb. In addition, I said you can help other customers first and I can wait. Ok… she did it for me. But it was B&W. My pdf file was color though and who need the B&W picture on resume?
So I asked her to make it colored. She said it’s not possible anymore because of my hard drive. She did, but it’s impossible anymore? What??? I asked her again and she said no. It’s hard for me to understand. So I told her it means you don’t want to do it again? She said that’s true. Well… It’s annoying, but more than that, the one thing that I was really pissed off was her attitude and the way she was saying. I explained the situation and said ‘so sorry’, but how come she was so RUDE? I had to find another printing service shop just because she DIDN’T WANNA DO it. No way. What a bad service was ever.
