This square used to be a dangerous place where you could buy drugs and such. Nowadays they did a big cleanup and things really changed, although it’s still a bit shabby. A lot of the bar have shaded windows and look kind of shady but it’s safe to walk around and you really feel like being somewhere abroad.
Best time to go during an event or neighborhood party. Everyone comes out in their best dresses. The African ladies in their dresses are the best ever!
Notice: Since recently it’s prohibited to drink alcohol in public at this square so leave your caras at home.
