Jili Bubble Tea

Sympathique endroit pour prendre un thé, un café ou… un bubble tea dans l’après midi après une journée de shopping ! Le décor est sympa et moderne. Il y a aussi un étage avec un coin plus cosy et une belle vue sur la rue. Plusieurs variétés de bubble tea, de latte et de jelly tea sont proposées. J’ai choisi un latte avec M&M’s c’était très bon. Le service était un peu long car le serveur était tout seul. L’endroit est propre, calme.
Je recommande si vous passez dans le coin !

The place is well designed with a cosy lounge on the first floor. Although I got a bit disappointed with the drinks which taste a bit too much sweet and fake. Best still to keep the bubbles in your take away glass and blow them out. Fun game! ahahah

Une adresse vraiment au top du top façon starbucks revisité. La maison vous propose ses chocolats chaud et latte avec topping au choix: maltesers, oreo, mini marshmallow etc ainsi que les fameux jelly tea. Niveau déco, l’endroit fait le coin dont très lumineux, un étage et surtout des tons cuivrés chaud.
Service parfait !

Bubble tea: such a cute drink it’s no wonder it comes from Asia. I already mentioned the beverage briefly in my post about Japan Expo but this time I want to introduce you to THE bubble tea bar of Antwerp: JILI.
The idea is simple: choose your favourite tea, select one of the many flavours and add bubbles (aka boba) or jelly cubes and BAM! An explosion of flavours in your mouth!
I chose for Earl Grey Black Tea with red guave flavour, passion fruit boba and pineapple jelly. Sharing is caring, so my boyfriend and I also shared a chocolate cupcake. Very yummy.
The tasty bubbles really pop in your mouth. A funny and delicious sensation at the same time.
