This place has standard food, nothing I would go out of my way to eat in Antwerp. However, it has great outdoor seating and the portions are huge. I had a pasta here which just tasted off but I enjoyed the meatball. My friend had a good chicken curry salad. The service was very slow because they said one of the servers didn’t show up.

It was a hot day in Antwerpen and we needed a beer, so saw Mint with their outdoor seating and lucky us, an empty table, so we sat down.
The plan was just to get a beer but there wasn’t a heck of a lot of choice — a half dozen or so. Still, they had Hoegaarden so I was happy. We also ended up getting the nachos with cheese and guacamole and this dish was not bad at all, and for 8 Euros, you cannot go wrong.
I did go inside to use the little boy’s room and it was clean, which is always a plus. The inside of the restaurant also looked comfortable and inviting.
Foodwise, a LOT of people were eating burgers and every few minutes the young waitresses would head outside with more and more burgers. They looked big, fat and delicious. I must try one next time.
