Our drinks and meals were wonderful. We went on a Tuesday night and they were busy, but we got right in. The staff was charming and pleasantly attentive. My husband’s drink was made right at the table. He said it was the best gin and tonic he had ever tasted. The waitress recommended a Belgium gin. We shared foi grass that was fried crisp with the perfect done ness. It was presented on rhubarb stalks that were firm without any mushiness. We each had a fish dish. Mine was the turbot with oranges and leaks, which was a surprising wonderful combination. It also had some great mashed potatoes. My husband had the fish special. It was perfect with a mushroom risotto and a basil dill sauce that was delicious. As we left, we met the chef. The kitchen has a window facing the dining room. It allows guests to watch her work. We complimented her work and she responded that it was cooked with love. I believe it. I highly recommend this place, but be sure to get reservations, you might not be as luck as we were to get in.

Fantastisch restaurant met een prachtige wijnkaart! Truffel is prominent aanwezig op de kaart van het voorgerecht tot het dessert. Een echte aanrader. Bovendien is er de wijnbar boven het restaurant. Hier kan je perfect voor of na het restaurantbezoek genieten van een uitgebreid gamma van kwaliteitswijnen.
