History
Established in 1983.
On December 17, 1983 ‘t Waagstuk became a «Beer Bar» with a wide selections of Beer. Five years later Hans Bombeke and his partner Jo Boiy kept the taps running while introducing new great Belgium Beers to the menu. Hans and Jo left after a few years to pursue other Beer related adventures, but meanwhile Hans still owns the property. After 31 years a series of owners have come and gone. Since October 2014 there is a new wind blowing through ‘t Waagstuk with Alex and colleague Peter behind the bar.
