Shiyori Sushi is an underappreciated sushi place in my neighborhood. It’s small but the food is sooooo good and the pricing is very fair for what you are getting. I been here like 4 times now and everytime the food is fresh, delicious and service is humble and great.
Scenery might be a bit more inviting but please don’t stay away for it. It’s definatly one of the places that should be making it on ‘t Zuid of Antwerp.

Sushi here is great. I’m a big Roji fan, which is THE sushi place in town for me. But this one is pretty great too. From the outside it doesn’t look like much so you’d never think it houses a great sushi place.
Shiyori’s interior is more simple, not stylish, but cosy :-) Staff is all Japanese and incredibly friendly. Prices are a lot lower than Roji so it makes a very good alternative. Sushi tastes really fresh, and they have very good marinated fish salads that are to die for. And they have edamame beans, my fav appetizer. GREAT place. Visit if you’re a sushi fan!
