Poppen pub for a Monday evening in Brugge. The only seats open were at the bar itself(and there’s plenty of 4 top tables inside the building itself). Fully stocked bar with a few beers on tap and even more in bottles. Quick and friendly service with outdoor seating. Cool old school signage throughly the bar and many different types of currency taped in the wall behind the bar. Pricing was on point(€ 6 for 2 top shelf beers). Highly recommended if you are in the area and dig old school pubs-cheers–

Super little pub/cocktail bar located on a small square just off the main square. Helpful, I know! I’ve been here a couple of times. The first was for beer. The second was for cocktails, specifically mojitos and they were tasty(though needed a good stir to dissolve the sugar). This pub seems to be a locals pub, however many locals actually exist in Bruges, I am not sure. Staff is sweet and service is attentive. We ordered at the bar and then took a seat at one of the tables on the square. From there, we had table service both for ordering and delivery.

Visited Brugge for 2 nights and loved this little bar so much that ended up coming back the 2nd night. Seemed to be mostly locals in the evening, enjoyed some really good local brews. The bartender was helpful, the crowd was noisy and seemed to all be in good spirits. Great lively bar close to the main square

Great little place in the corner for drinks. The restroom door should be replaced for the mens restroom, maybe its that I am not from Belgium, but people can look right in and watch you use the restroom. On a Monday it was the only place that had people past 9PM near the square as everything closes early. There is outdoor seating available which is nice. The atmosphere was good if you like lively music.

Really fun spit that feels like it caters to locals? It seems that, after 2 visits, this isn’t a place to go for warm and friendly service. However, my girlfriend and I had 2 fun nights here for drinks before dinner and after dinner, respectively. The beer selection is good, music is loud and people watching is great! Recommended for a quick stop in!

A nice little bar just off the main square where you can get a few decent Belgian beers, but not a helluva lot of choice, as well as some cocktails. Actually they seem to have lots of alcohol, so you shouldn’t be moaning about a lack of stuff to drink. We sat outside as the Belgian sun tried to break through the Belgian clouds and when it eventually did, the day warmed up tremendously. Man were sitting outside enjoying themselves. I personally enjoyed a La Chouffe and a Duvel, two damn good Belgian beers. You can also sit inside where there are a bunch of tables for when the weather isn’t cooperating. Best of all, the drinks are reasonably priced. Can’t say fairer than that!!!

Great corner bar on a great corner in Brugge. Filled with mostly locals in the early evening, we enjoyed sampling a few Belgian Tapestry beers here before dinner. The bartender was helpful, the crowd was noisy and not the least bit interested in us, and the clientele varied from students to workers to older couples. It on a busy corner with an open area in front of it, so great for people watching. On a warmer evening we would have been sitting outside — this night only smokers were out there.
