Description

Specialties

Tapas du pais basque espagnole (pintxos = pinchos)

Tapas uit Baskenland (pintxos = pinchos)

History

Established in 2002.

Comocomo is a concept restaurant, based on the mix of kaiten sushi (conveyor belt) and traditional Basque Tapas (pintxos=pinchos), respecting the original service system, of choosing from the bar de pintxos.

In 2006 the second restaurant was open in the city of Antwerp and 3 years later was sold to Beatriz, who runs the business as a franchise.

Hopefully many other franchises will come in the future, but today’s effort and main priority is guest satisfaction in both outlets.
