Description

Specialties

The Library is a new, boutique office hotel in the fashionable Ixelles area of Brussels. We offer coworking, private offices and meeting rooms in a beautiful townhouse decorated with Scandinavian design.

The Library is conceived, designed and operated to be an antidote to the (truth be told) blandness of office life. The entrepreneurs, independents and freelancers often choose this path because life in a cubicle just isn’t for them. However, the casual conversation, chance meetings and basic human interaction of coworking is a must to challenge you and bring your business forward.

The Library offers you the conveniences of a flexible office in surroundings that are so very different from cubicle life. Enjoy the eclectic mix of contemporary, Scandinavian design, antiques, cosy lighting and the rich, hushed buzz of people living up to their full potential.

Let us show you what a day at the office can also be like.

History

Anne-Sofie R.

Business Owner

The Library was opened by Danish national Anne-Sofie van den Born Rehfeld. Having worked from home for three years, she decided to open the place that she had been looking for since moving to Brussels.

Drawing on experience from working with high-end interior design products, with the hotel business and the fashion industry, she developed the concept for The Library; a mix between a five star hotel, a private club and a co-working hub.
