I had some visitors stay here recently and although they were happy with the rooms, the service was not up to their liking. I went to pick them up and the young lady at the desk wasn’t at the desk. She was tucked to the side playing on the computer or something and taking her time to attend to the guests and customers. When asked for help she acted as if forced to get out of bed to let the cat out or something.
Sure, it may be a very good hotel but customer service is lacking, meaning that the first person you meet who works there gives you a bad taste in your mouth about the whole place.

Staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean and neat. I loved waking up to the sounds of birds chirping this morning!
