Breakfast was delicious and I loved the options in their buffet. Customer service was good as well. Other than that the rooms weren’t worth the price. We paid just under 400. I had holes in my towels, my shower head wouldn’t stay up. I had to use a towel to hold the shower head up. Plastic cups instead of glass ware and the beds were pretty flimsy. My pillows has some gross stains on it and the carpet wasn’t the cleanest. For 400 I expect a lot better accommodations.

This was a nice, cozy hotel we stayed in overnight. We waited for the complimentary shuttle for about an hour after we’ve called the hotel a couple times notifying them that our group arrived and we’re waiting at the shuttle pickup zone. Finally the driver arrived & it took us 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Our room was a pretty good size, not small compared to what I normally expect for a European hotel. Nice looking contemporary furniture. Our queen or double bed consisted of two twin size beds set next to each other. A tv & mini fridge was in the room. Large size bathroom with a large sink was convenient for our personal items. The closet was pretty large with a sliding door. No iron in the room, instead I had to go down to the 6th floor to iron my husband’s shirt. The bed was somewhat comfortable but was able to fall asleep for a few hours after the shower incident. When my husband took a shower he did not encounter any issues. However, when I walked into the shower room, I must have turned the water control the wrong way that the handle broke. It wasn’t like anything I’ve used in the US. Tried fixing but didn’t work. When I called the front desk, someone came up right away and tried to troubleshoot it. By this time the water kept pouring out of the shower and it was past 11pm & he couldn’t fix it. A lady came in 10 mins later & couldn’t fix it either so they turned off the water in the bathroom. Knowing this can’t be fixed sooner, they made arrangements for us to use another shower about 3 rooms down from ours. We had to be up by 6 am for an early flight & it was a bit inconvenient for this to happen but they accommodated our needs. Full complimentary breakfast was served in the dining hall & we had several items to choose from: small pancakes, hot food like eggs, sausage, etc, chocolate croissants, toast, bagels, fruits like apple, oranges & bananas, etc. even mini jars of ketchup & jams were available. Overall, it was a good luxury hotel to be in. The staff is friendly & very professional.
