I discovered this artisan chocolatier because I was eating in an Indian restaurant nearby (La Porte du Bengale, but now called Le Palais du Bengale) and at the end of the meal, I got a tiny piece of chocolate that was amazing and I asked the owner of the restaurant from where he buys these chocolates and I was referred to Vandenhende! The quality of the chocolate here is very high and the taste is just exactly what my taste buds ask! The shop is small but their selection of desserts and delicatessen is big: pralines, sachets d’oranges au chocolat, ice creams and sorbets, pâtisseries, etc
These guys they can cater your event and fit your needs. They are very nice and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of their products. Give them a try, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Vandenhende c’est ce genre d’adresse un peu secrète sur lequel on se félicite d’être tombée un jour. Cet artisan chocolatier situé à Etterbeek pas loin de la Chasse propose des produits fabriqués de manière artisanale (sur place) avec des matières premières de grande qualité: glaces, chocolats, pâtes à tartiner et pâtisseries. Ils font un fondant au chocolat (avec ou sans gluten) qui est, selon moi, le meilleur de Bruxelles mais aussi le moins cher (7 euros pour un fondant pour 4⁄5 personnes).
