I’m not sure how it can get any better. This is the perfect B&B. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the back gardens and patio. The common areas were modern and classy. The long table was set as well as any fine restaurant, with a huge breakfast served. The lady who owns the establishment with her husband cooks eggs and ham however you want them, while you enjoy pastries, breads, jams, fruit, yogurt, meat, cheeses, fresh squeezed juices, and coffee. The setting is so delightful you don’t want to venture off on your day’s travels. The back yard goes far back, after a patio(where we had evening wine) and a large fish pond. By the front door is a small kitchen area where beer and wine are stocked and sold on an honor system. I would guess they only have 5 – 6 rooms here, and most of the other guests were Dutch and Belgian. I don’t think many Americans find this gem. It off the main road, in a old quiet village off another secondary road. But it’s only 10 – 15 minutes away from an intersection with the expressway. A true Belgium hideaway.
