Absolutely wonderful. This takes take-​away pasta to a whole new level.
It takes a while before your order is done, so best take your order at least 40 minutes before. That’s because it isn’t fast food and so it’s also a little more expensive than other pasta take-​aways, but it’s definitely worth it. The pasta is actually of a higher quality and tastes better in the take-​away jar than it does in most restaurants in Leuven.
This man specialises in his work.
(Fyi, his brother has a pizzeria further down the street, also excellent!)

An excellent place for a quick meal. It’s one guy with a stove, with a large selection of freshly made sauces. They make a great lunch, especially during the summer when eaten outside at the café across the street (no problem, even inside — just order a drink) or at a nearby park. The portions are large and will satisfy even a big eater.
Get there early during the academic year, as it’s also popular with students and can get busy.

skills, transforming a take away meal into a real festive dinner. L’Inizio may not be a restaurant, but it is highly recommended.
