I’ve been in italy a lot, and finding another italian restaurant besides La Terraza in Antwerp that manages to serve authentic italian dishes at this quality is impossible.
They work with fresh high quality ingredients every day, and besides a small menu their suggestions are plenty and always fine of taste.
The interior is open and modern, but when the restaurant is packed it’s mayby a bit loud and noisy. I don’t mind this, but other people might. The owner is a local whose parents came to belgium in the 50’s, everyone working in the restaurant mostly speaks italian, but also English and Dutch. (and i also think some French)
I can really recommend the antipasta della casa for 2 persons. It’s a selection of italian tastes, all of great quality. Their suggestions are always great, ranging from fresh pasta’s to meat dishes. They have quite a big wine menu, and every time whatever they suggested was good.
I can only recommend this place, since it’s worth the price.
