Trade offs: Great location a block off Copacabana beach, a clean/new hotel, and a pretty good price. Rooms were small, all but a few rooms have a «view» of nothing but the building next store, and very, very loud(internal noise, not from the outside).

This hotel is fairly new and located only a block off Copacabana beach. Our check in was a smooth process. We got in at 0730 and they managed to check us in a couple of hours later. While waiting, they held our luggage while we explored the beach and the restaurant scene. There was also this cute café, Doce Café, where we ended having a light breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful from the get go. They helped us with tours, things to do, cabs, and such. They even helped up my honey with his screwed up SIM card transaction by calling the company twice! Front desk crew really went out of their way. The door men and the bellboys were amazing as well. Breakfast is included but not lot of options. It is buffet style. Most of the meat was kinda salty. The restaurant reception has a good memory and recalls our room number as well, which you need before your proceed. The cleaning staff did a good job as well. The rooms are on the small side and there is no view, but hey this way you are forced to go outside and explore! Overall, my experience in this hotel was amazing. Great location(considering it is not beach front) but it is only a block away. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for?

I’ve been to better hotels. Service was great, food was so-so, rooms were tiny. Perhaps some had a somewhat decent view but from my look around, I suspect most all had a view similar to mine — buildings and then, buildings. For the $, I will stay elsewhere. On the positive side, it is but a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and the local area is full of the wonderful sights and sounds of Rio! Cannot beat that.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and my experience was average and fell below average over the course of the week. Guest are under constant surveillance beyond cameras in the lobby’s, elevators and hall ways. I was called on the third day by the front desk asking me whether a second person was staying with me on the grounds of a second toothbrush being present in my bathroom. I had nobody staying with me. At this point, I was informed about the strict no visitors policy. I will say the breakfast was good and the people working the breakfast department we’re very friendly, and the hotel is very close to the beach. The front desk needs friendliness and desire to help guest.

Pertinho do metro, da praia e da maioria dos pontos turísticos do Rio de Janeiro. O Windsor Copa está entre o Leme e Copacabana. Oferece para seus hóspedes um hotel % não fumante. Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado. TV a cabo, internet, minibar e cofre.
