Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und es ist dadurch laut, auch im Zimmer. Es handelt sich um eines der besseren Hotels in Sorocaba, meistens sind hier Geschäftsreisende.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenecke mit Mikrowelle, Minibar und Spüle. Im Vorraum zum Badezimmer gibt es ein Bügelbrett und einen geräumigen Schrank.
Die Betten sind bequem. Neben dem Schreibtisch ist eine kleine Sitzecke mit zwei Sesseln und einem Beistelltisch.
Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht Englisch.
Nachteile: Langsames Internet (WLAN) und das Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist zwar OK, aber wenn man später kommt ist das Restaurant schnell voll und die Speisen sind schon fast kalt. Das Abendessen ist auch nicht besonders.

Not a bad hotel. This is probably one of the more modern hotels in Sorocaba. It’s located right next to a shopping mall and 2 supermarkets (Extra on one side and a Carrefour on the other side). The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are pretty big. They also do have smoking rooms. Parking is free and there is on site parking as well as valet. The staff speak english so you can communicate with them. There is a small gym and a swimming pool. There is a free breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is average at best.
The only problem is the internet. You need to enter in a password each time you want to get access to internet and you’re only allowed 2 passwords per person. So you can only connect to 2 devices. Also, the internet does not always work and is can be really slow. The internet is set up so everyone connects to the same system. It’s not done by floors so if the hotel is packed, good luck trying to get online.
