I saw the sign for this shop and thought — awesome, a cheese shop! I also thought of the image of the cheese shops you find in Europe — the Borough Market and Covent Garden ones in London come to mind first. They are filled to the brim with huge round lumps of fresh cheese of all kinds. Mmmm…
