Kim Phu Loc

Was very disappointed with the Phở. The broth was very oily and while it had some ok flavour it was well off key. Had some pork spring rolls as well, they were doing the best impression of vego spring rolls I’ve ever seen. In fact I think the only pork they came near was being on the bench next to a chop.
