We ordered an eat-in kids meal for my daughter. They accidentally gave us chips rather than peas. We went to complain and hadn’t realised our daughter had already munched on the chips! They weren’t willing to give us the peas as a swap even though it was their mistake for stuffing up the order. Not impressed…
