A true treat to find such an authentic Italian ristorante in a Northern Austrian town. All the pastas were homemade and the wine list was good. A good option if like your looking for a day off from dumplings and schnitzelSalute
We are on an AMA cruise, with wonderful food, but we had this craving for Italian after 3 weeks on the road/river. RIVA was a wonderful and welcome surprise. The pizza, chianti and gelato were great and so affordable! Mostly locals make it a pleasant authentic stop.
It’s got a good location, decent enough food and is reasonably priced. However, it has shit service, absolutely terrible, and is nothing to write home about. Go somewhere that isn’t a huge, worthless chain.
