Finding an honest repair shop for bike in Brussels was a nightmare, until I discovered Atelier Cyclo. I got my brakes changed and a full revision for 17 € in 3 working days. This is ridiculously good considering the bikes market in the city. Nothing more to add. Simple, affordable, quick and honest.
