Palaus des Delice is a very good Moroccan restaurant in Saint Josse. I recommend it for both lunch and for tea time. The pastries they have are insane and you can even buy them to take away. I recommend it if you feel like a good authentic couscous in a very nice and appropriately decorated environment.
