Annoyed! Made an apt for 2 of my children and confirmed the apt. When we arrived at the apt we found out only one child had been booked in. The secretary said she could get them both in but then another lady came out after 10 – 15 min of waiting to tell me they actually didn’t have an apt for the other child…
