I guess I’m used to Brazilian joints with gigantic salad bars, which is why I like them. Mina’s has a tiny salad bar, but the quality is good and there’s a variety of hot side dishes to choose from. The pinto beans were incredible – as was the pork shoulder and the hot sausage.
