Their service is not great. ticket fighter was only able to knock it from 3 points to 2 points, and the fine stayed the same. I could’ve done this myself. on top of that she is not responsive at all. takes 5 rings for her to answer the phone (if she picks up at all) and she doesn’t email me with any information…
