Stopped in for an iced mocha before the ferry back to the mainland. Despite paying and tipping, the drink never arrived. And we waited 20 minutes after ordering until we had to run to back to our car because the ferry was loading. Everybody hanging around was waiting on food — reportedly even warmed up…
