I tried a pulled pork sandwich with potatoe chips at Khatsalano Streefest and liked it.The pork was smoked properly and the portion size was decent, if not large. I’ve paid $ 9 elsewhere and been less satisfied. I like the Carolina style in general and this is a good example.Something about seeing the smoker…
