Beaver family’s & dams are robust here, once a beautiful swimming hole for the locals is now run by a huge Castoridae (family of beavers)… Not much to offer other than some cool scenery. There is one trail, thats unmarked and hard to find.

Galiano Island Ecological Reserve

This is a water access only marine park, over looking Georgia Strait towards Vancouver located on the edge of Porlier Pass. A few camp sites for the boaters and a nice sandy beach if you can get to it.

Dionisio Point Provincal Park

Short walk from the ferry terminal. The park has superb views of Active Pass (ferry route) as it sits close to sea level, wide open flat rock top access with couple picnic tables and trails to waters edge.

Bellhouse Provincial Park
