Update,They crushed my rear hub so the axle would not even go through the rear wheel, in other words the rear wheel could not be put on…I brought my bike in with the rear wheel on but the Lead mechanic just smiled and said yep I know but I‘m not paying for it you have to and smiled again…I think I remember…

Cap’s Westwood Cycle

I bought a Norco Range alloy 7.2 about six mouths ago, and I really like it but after a hillclimb the right rear top tube for the rear trangle sheared at the weld. so I took it to my local bike shop which has been great. But unfortunately its been 1 and a half mouths now and my shop does not have the parts…

Had a hub replaced. I had to take my bike back 2 different occasions to see why it didn’t shift right and the gears slipped, and that’s after getting my bike back after it was replaced. After the 3rd time I had to spend more money to take it to someone who could actually diagnose the problem. Nice people but…
