Long, protracted, difficult experience. Took many hours on phone and in person to resolve. They kept saying different things, accusing me of remembering incorrectly, and bouncing me between different staff.

WORST STORE EVER! They wouldn’t let me buy a pillow and gave me some garbage reason why I couldn’t. If something is on the selfs its for sale, how can they tell me it’s not for sale?
