I love this yoga studio! It’s more intimate than the other large franchise ones that make you feel like hoards of cattle being shuffled in and out. There are classes for beginners and some more challenging classes for advanced yogis. I do wish they had more advanced classes but I think there is more clientele…

Perfect Hearts Yoga

This is a great studio with lots of wonderful teachers! One that stood out was Vicky, I took my first class with her and she made sure to help me understand the postures and when we could take breaks etc… She even cracked a few jokes! Beautiful clean location next to a skytrain station makes it easy to access!

I wouldn’t say their classes are extremely challenging or sweat-bursting. Just an under average class where you don’t really feel like you had a workout. Classes are very similar.
