Best meat shop in Vancouver, in my opinion. Great service and reasonable prices. I’m almost afraid to write a review because I don’t want to draw the attention of the masses to this place. This is a knowledgeable butcher if I ever met one, and I like hearing his take on which meats are in supply/demand and why. Best place for organic soup bones — I used to go to Pasture to Plate, but they were always sold out. This place has a great selection and seems to keep things turned around quickly.
