The only thing I ever get from here is the their matcha soft serve, and while it alone deserves 5 stars (bittersweet, good portion, authentic tasting), I docked 2 whole stars for the wait times. 20 minutes for soft serve? Unacceptable. I really hope they hire more staff/get another soft serve machine.
