The lady at reception is super sweet, knowledgeable and professional, which is pretty refreshing for ICBC. The wait was short and the place is clean and organized. Still glad I only have to do this once every 5 years.
Super fast and efficient! They’re very organized at this one. Friendly staff and the best location imo. Limited parking and it’s mostly full, but there’s plenty on streets nearby.
I pay premium ICBC rates every year. Never ask of them for anything for 6 years.Driver’s License cracks from wear-and-tear and they ask $ 17 for replacement. Wow.
