I had Paul come to deal with a rat issue. Put 2 traps outside. Told me where he THOUGHT they were coming in from. Didn’t seal area. gave me a key for the traps. Impossible to open so I called him to ask him to come by to show me how to open them so I could put more bait in. Never showed up. Bad attitude really…
