This is the worst customer service in the company. They rented us a truck from Arizona that had 4 flat tires in 12 hours. We called roadside assistance about 2 tires and waited 1.5 hours for them to outsource help. Then the tire guy noticed 2 more so that took 1.5 hours. That was frustrating but understandable…
