This is such an amazing place to eat. First the food is simply incredible and what really puts it over the top is the staff are awesome and treat you like one of the family. Portion sizes are huge and so so sooooooo tasty. Will defiantly be back time and time again.

Merkato Restaurant

Great food. Not the best speed of service. A two hour wait is typical so be prepared! They only have one server for the entire restaurant and there is very little atmosphere. You’re eating here for the delicious food.

NOPE.I have gone there a couple of times and enjoyed decent ethiopian food and terrible service, having to make several trips to the bar to ask for refills on water, but I took all of that in stride most of the time.My last visit will be just that.
