This is a wonderful spot. Run by all volunteers as a co-op. I found the ancient organic wheat –produced in new Brunswick and nova Scotia — that I use to bake bread. Overall, Sobey’s is a great store, its close by and convenient, but as far as their sushi goes, its heavily sauced with a mayo based sauce orange sauce and soggy, it killed the sushi craving, but I wont buy it again.
