The woman who ran it was not only magically rude to me but her own staff. Piercing fell out. I don’t mean it came undone, but that it came out sideways. No free redo even though she clearly missed the cartilage.The store seems to actually be hostile to customers.Don’t walk away from this place, RUN!!!
