Akira Japanese Cuisine

My sushi and sashimi plate was flat and uninteresting. Fish was cut sloppily and barely held on to the rice. Salmon below room temperature. Tuna and yellowfin were inedible and had a dingy, soil-like taste. Miso soup far too salty. Even for a drop-in instant sushi joint this was really sub-par. A shame…
