I was not excited at all when I walked in. I expect a spa should be quiet and relax but it was not. People were loud both in the lounge area and at the outdoor pools. I expect the change room and bathroom clean and tidy but they were not. I didn’t see any cleaning ladies in the change room nor the shower room…
