A grubby little hole in the wall with poor quality food. Halibut and chips that were greasy heavy batter over cooked dry fish. Fries were soggy. Deep fried bacon wrapped scallops that were rubbery. Chicken salad looked decent enough. Service was brusque but bearable. Whatever happened to service with a smile…
