Very disappointed. Bought over a thousand dollars of stuff on promotion day. One of the fishing reel was not very suitable for me and took it back for refund. Brand new, didnt even open the box. But their boss came out and gave me this very bad attitude and said cannot give my money back coz is on promotion…
