This Apple Store has the worst service out of all the others in the GTA. There’s not enough staff and the staff that are there are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Some will actually walk away from you when they see you have a question for them.

Long wait to get people before getting the staff. They even had an empty booth just people taking lunch willy nilly.Also they stroll have that stupid draconian price match rule that says they do not price match web only. We have to buy it online before picking it up. Stupid stupid.
