The lady (I think her name was Farah or Zarah) gave my pomeranian the worst cut ever. After I specifically gave her instructions not to touch the fur on his ears, she shaves his ears! Saying that shaved ears is the typical look for Pomeranians which is total BS. Not to mention overpriced. Ugh never coming here…
